Colorado Mountain Medical has an in-house laboratory located in our Avon Clinic. The addition of the CLIA (Clinical Laboratory’s Improvement Amendments) certified Moderately Complex Laboratory allows us to conduct moderate to highly complex testing on site. We are now able to provide same and next day turnaround on many lab draws with the added advantage of obtaining results in urgent and emergent situations.

All lab inquiries must still be handled by your provider. Patients with urgent or emergent lab results will be notified as soon as the results are available.

Please note: As of October 2023, due to regulations outside our control, Colorado Mountain Medical (CMM) is not permitted to conduct blood draws for outside lab orders within our clinics for patients who are not already established as CMM specialty or primary care patients.
 
An established patient is someone who has been seen by a primary care or specialty provider in the last three years. This does not include Urgent Care visits. If you do not meet this criteria, you can have your lab orders drawn at your hospital of choice. We apologize for this inconvenience.
